Hi. I accidentally set a SIM lock on a old phone I used as a temporary device until I got a new phone. On the old phone, I accidentally set a SIM Lock instead of the standard phone lock. Is there a way for me to remove this?
I've searched throughout the O2 discussions and all of this refer to PUK, which I believe is not the issue.

Enter the pin lock incorrectly 3 times and you will be asked for the PUK.
When entered it will let you choose a new pin which you can disable

The first answer on the thread you linked worked a treat. (The one explaining steps on android/iOS devices).
I hope this thread is SEO friendly.
