Hello,
A few months ago I left O2 and joined Virgin Media. I have just received confirmation that my account has been returned to O2 services. When I log in online the website tells me to choose a username/email address. At present my email address is still connected to my closed account and I want to know how best to approach this but could not find a way to contact customer services.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
