Anyone had an issue with samsung imported phones by reseal limited.

Never heard of reseal,  but if a grey import Samsung can be quite harsh on warranty repairs etc.

Not heard of anything on here.

So what's the problem? I assume it should be dealt with by Reseal or Samsung

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
