Can you please advise which mobile phone is best for my elderly dad who has dementia. He doesn’t use mobiles much so I do not think an Apple etc would be appropriate.
I need a simple phone with GPS tracking so if, when dad goes missing. We know where he is.
Looking forward to hearing from you

Probably something like this

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Doro-Unlocked-Simplified-Localisation-Charging/dp/B08KQBBT3P/ref=mp_s_a_1_1...

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Mocster There are tracker apps that you can put on any phone, be it Android or Apple, but phones can get lost or left behind, which means you would have to trust your dad to keep the phone with him.

An alternative to that would be a tracking device which you can attach in some way to your dad's person and be able to track on your mobile. There are ones you can clip on a belt loop, or wear around the neck. If you look on Google or Amazon I'm sure you can find something suitable.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Just to say when my dad was housebound and mum was actively mobile ... I bought them a Dorro phone = just basic big font, big buttons ... = ... it worked well, so long as mum didn't turn down the volume when out of the house and the phone was in her handbag [which she did frequently 😞 ] ... ... ... wishing you every success @Mocster
