I have recently topped up £20 wanting to start a new tarif and it is making me wait till the 11th of April when I need it to start immediately what can I do ?

You'll have to call 4445 to get customer service to change it sooner.

It will change on the anniversary date unless you ask customer service. Getting through for non urgent isses will be difficult.
