Reducing Balance

A few day ago I added £10 to my pay as you go account only to find the balance today is £00.00 when all the WiFi roaming etc configeration are all switched OFF.

I only occasionally use my phone to talk with the odd text. My previous top up last months.

Your best course of action is to call customer service on 4445 and ask where the money went.

Sounds like you are on a Big Bundle tariff where the credit is taken straight away for a month's allowances. Speak to customer service to change to big talker tariff.
