Thought I would bump this.

Since posting this a month ago things seem to have got worse. Not unusual now for several hours and more to go by without any activity

@Dave-O2 Have you found out why? Doubt if it is all down to emails going to spam as that was happening before the lack of posts started.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

A quick glance at the homepage suggests there have been two new conversations started today - that's in 15 minutes short of 16 hours. I say "suggests" as sometimes the order of posts can be random.

I wonder if it's people using the likes of ChatGPT/CoPilot/Grok/GenerativeAI to get their answers?

Those systems pull together info from many sources, but do nothing to drive footfall to a support forum like this O2 Community one. 🤷🏼‍

I could see that @pgn if there had been a gradual decline in the number of posts ; but the numbers fell almost overnight which does not seem to suggest that it is down to the sudden use of AI ?

 There seems to be more people posting to Reddit and some other forums, rather than o2's as well as live chat is now in app, so no need to visit the o2 website anymore... 

It seems to be the same on the Vodafone and EE communities, its all now dribs and drabs with a flurry then nowt for a while...

The investigation is still ongoing in the background, I'm looking at other factors, and not only emails going into spam.
