Receiving priority tickets by post

Hi all, I bought tickets for the ed Sheeran gig in may and paid extra to have them posted and signed for. Bit concerned as I still havent received the tickets, does anyone know if they post nearer the date or should I be contacting someone to find out where they are? Thanks in advance x

Hi @Anonymous O2 don't actually handle the ticket distribution. It's Ticketmaster and Ticketweb. They usually distribute the tickets nearer to the date. Read through this link. Click on the section Priority Tickets.

Depending on what venue you have chosen there are relevant contact details attached. https://priority.o2.co.uk/faq

I think May was an error @Bambino They actually went on sale in January of this year. We had many people posting to complain they couldnt get them. Thread here with the date. Ed Sheeran

Wasn't really clear if the tickets were purchased in May or the gig was in May.
With Cleo's confirmation though sounds as if the gig is May but the tickets purchased in Jan...
