It's on your contract, on every shop page and you are told when you take out a contract.
Also, check other networks websites - they all do it.

@Anonymous it goes up every year. You will have been told that at the start of your contract plus its only a few pennies

 

You will find that with every provider. Not just o2

I never understand when people sign up to a contract, knowing about the annual increase but still feel the need to complain. Better off on payand go in all honesty if you feel like that.

I had my email today about the increase. Doesn't bother me in the slightest. I knew it was part of my contract. ....
