Please someone help! I have an account which is recognised when I sign on. It lists my name, DOB and mobile number, but then it says, and I quote, “My O2 Products. You don't appear to have any valid products associated with this account”. I have had chats with two different o2 Gurus, who both assured me it would be sorted within 24 hours. Alas, nothing has changed. I still can't check how many minutes/data allowance I have used, either online or on the O2 phone app. I am on the Simplicity Monthly tariff.

A new contract can take a day or so to get online, you can ring them tomorrow on 202 free from your mobile if it still doesn't appear.
