I've requested O2 PAYG to O2 pay monthly keeping same number more than 1.5month ago but they have blocked my old number and nothing was done. I only have promises and feedback I should wait 24h for the problem to be solved.
I also bought that number again, and I've never received the eSIM. It's hopeless calling the support team because they promise it will happen but it hasn't.

You need to contact O2.
