I went to the Hastings O2 shop today to seek back up advice for the iphone 6 I bought at the shop a week ago. I was served by an assistant called Ed who was so unprofessional, unhelpful, tryyng to rush me and chewed gum throughout our conversation.
I reported this poor service to the shop manager but I don't feel very confident that this will be followed up.
In future I will take my business to another company.
