Poor mobile signal

Hi

Waiting for o2 guru to contact me re lack of signal. Just recently moved to o2 but despite checking prior to move that signal would be ok, it is anything but.

Did you use the computer generated coverage map (which are best guest at optimal conditions) or did you use a PAYG sim card to test. 


If there is no signal and you are within 14days then send it back and test a network with PAYG sims to see which network actually has coverage where you are.  

Never rely on coverage maps... EE's says I get 5G where I am, and we dont at all....

@Robin3 Waiting for someone from O2 to contact you is a bit like waiting for the sun to rise in the West. They most likely won't be able to do anything about your signal issue anyway. If you are in a contract and still within the 14 day cooling off period, follow the advice from @madasaf1sh and find a network that gives you better coverage.
