The pixel 9 pro fold officially releases today and I'm yet to receive a dispatch email. Is anyone else in the same boat? This is my first time preordering a phone from O2 so I'm not sure if it's normal not to have received an email by now.

And mine is also now ready to collect. - so it does pay to do it because I also got an O2 recycle deal adding £200 cash ontop of what they have offered me. (you need to buy a fold 9 to qualify).

I got an email from O2 this morning about upgrading (even though I've already paid the £68 upfront to upgrade early) feeling a bit mugged off now as I may have just waited until the end of the month and upgraded then. No texts or other emails to say it's been delayed either. Really getting annoyed. Worried about cancelling the pre-order because I don't wanna lose the deal I have.

go into an O2 store if you can, they will definitely say about cancelling takes 24 hours, but if you speak to them first they can and often do have the powers to retain the deal you opted for as well as compensate for any inconveniences you may or may not have had etc.

I just want mine too, they keep telling me it's been escalated to a team, what team? Nobody getting back to me.

The same Imaginary Escalation team were all being escalated to.

 

File complaint under B1N.

 

And then they have the cheek to ask for customer feedback.

Definitely seems this way, getting absolutely ridiculous now. I feel even worse for the peeps on here who had an early pre-order that still have not received their devices. I've left a Trustpilot review of their CS but they probably don't care anyway
