Pixel 9 pro fold dispatch email

The pixel 9 pro fold officially releases today and I'm yet to receive a dispatch email. Is anyone else in the same boat? This is my first time preordering a phone from O2 so I'm not sure if it's normal not to have received an email by now.

Certainly not ashamed. - having dealt with O2 Enterprise before, let me tell you that orders can be 'stuck' and never come out. the only way to resolve is literally to cancel and re-order.

 

plenty of times a phone was ordered but 'stuck' and not even passed onto dispatch who often hadn't received the order. Sometimes systems glitch up.

 

Again I pre-ordered, it didn't arrive on time, no news as to when it will come. For me this isn't a 'nice to have' but a tool for work. 

 

if you haven't guessed by now I work in IT and phones such as this one will really make my life easier. 

I'm not going to wait indefinitely hoping it 'might' come. certainly not waiting till the end of September or October. 

 

Given I have been with O2 a VERY long time 9+ years continuous, I've shown them the loyalty, they can show me the loyalty.

Just be patient with everyone else. All you can do is keep contacting o2 and tell them how bad they are and they will get fed up of you so they will just push you through.

If you want your device quickly call them and tell them to fill the backend form out and send it to who it needs to go to and they will. Your device is like it wasn’t even ordered and it’s stuck in the system until they verify it from the customer service end. 

thank me later.

 

But note it can take up to 5-10 working days but could be much sooner

I've ended up better off. It's £2 more a month but they gave me £100 credit as an apology. I also have the device etc. you should call and see what options you have.

Lol what do I gain? I got my phone within 18 hours. I'm on it now.

Glad I canceled and reordered. On the device now and got £100 credit as an apology. Contract is £2 a month dearer but the £100 credit sweetens that.

Well they did. Why would I be ashamed? 😂 I ordered 14th August and they advised me to cancel and reorder. 🤷

Stop being salty just because I took the advice o2 gave me to cancel and then got my phone in 18 hours. Not my fault you seem incapable to try do it too, I've given the advice that worked for me. Hilarious you think I'm trying to dupe people.
