Hi everyone,
Smartphones offer so many functionalities these days that it'd be easy to use them for pretty much everything and leave other screens behind. That being said, most of us still have and also use a tablet, computer, or laptop.
I like using my phone for everyday convenience, my kindle for reading needs, a tablet mostly for games or browsing news on the couch, and my laptop for work, watching Netflix, and playing video games.
However when I travel I am happy to only use my phone for all of those activities!
Which devices do you guys use? Do you prefer using one type of screen and device over the other for some things, and why?

@Glory1 I've been playing Wordscapes for a couple of months now, what a lovely game it is I've never had a look on Amazon Underground before so I'll take a peek over the weekend to see what they have. I like the idea of game with no in-app purchases, they can be quite distracting or even frustrating if the game is too restricted without purchased elements.
Good to hear I didn't ask that before as well, I'm not losing my mind just yet

@EmilieT if you like Wordscapes, you should try Wordscapes Uncrossed and In Bloom, both from the same developers and as good as the original Wordscapes.
If I download a game and find you can't progress without constantly being forced to buy in-app purchases, I delete it.
I also love Fishdom a match 3 game, it's one of my favourite games after Wordscapes, Wordscapes Uncrossed and In Bloom. You collect fish and tanks, decorating the tanks as you progress through playing match 3 games that get more challenging as you move up the levels. Of all my games this is the one I've progressed the furthest with, I'm around level 1,084 I believe.
I forgot Wordstacks, a new word game also by the same developer but a totally different type of word game but fun. You really have to think about this one.
But then I love all my games. When I find I've stopped playing a game, I delete it but I still have well over 100 games as I'll delete 1 but add 3
It's going to be great fun when I get a new phone, between my games and music I've over 40gb to transfer over to a new phone. I may have to do some serious housekeeping before doing a back-up Thank God I've a 50gb data allowance, I'll need it

@Glory1 I had tried Uncrossed and Bloom before, but preferred the "original" Wordscapes ... however I've now tried Wordstacks and I love it! The first few levels made me think it was going to be a breeze but I'm now on level 45 I think and it's much trickier. Thanks for the recommendation
Housekeeping before getting a new phone will be very interesting indeed by the sound of it, I'll be curious to see what makes the cut

I love all the 'People Fun' games. And Wordstacks really makes you think. I'm on level 130 I think. Some of the levels are easier than others, which is what makes it such fun trying to find the words. I have another, similar game which isn't as tricky..
As for what will make the cut when I get a new phone, you won't be half as curious as me. Let's just say I don't find it easy to uinstall a game

@Glory1 You're so far ahead of me on Wordstacks!
I also find it quite difficult to get rid of apps or things in general .. I eliminated that problem by having limited space on my phone, so I can only download so many apps.

Well I've been playing Wordstacks longer than you @EmilieT and I do try to play a few levels each day. Still quite a way to go as there are, at the moment, 4,000 levels!
I have no problems getting rid of apps I don't use. The first thing I do when I get a new phone. All the apps on my phone are used. It's just games that keep expanding. What I may have to do is uninstall the majority of my games before backing up and doing smartswitch and then reinstalling. It'll mean starting again on those games not linked to FB but it'll make switching over a lot easier and less time consuming.
