O2's 6 Pack Screen Protectors

Anonymous
Not applicable

My partners just got her phone delivered, the sales rep offered he the 6 pack of screen protectors for £6.99, she took them.

just got the phone delivered half an hour ago and what a waste of money the protectors are, their just a generic size and you have to cut them down to fit your phone, now most new phones have rounded corners and trying to get these to fit is a pain, tried to stick the first protector to the phone and it comes off.

it looks like these will be binned and ebay searching starts.

just a warning to anybody else who gets these offered to them, i would've thought O2 would've had a supply of the correct sized protectors

Better off with some cling film by the sound of it.

Lodge a complaint that their not fit for use. Hopefully you'll get your money back.

To be honest most CS advisors would take the view that they didn't suit your phone and refund you. Having said that, you'd get the odd one who'd want to argue the toss about it, but if you don't ask you don't get!.

well, i've used another protector as she's wanting to use her phone & i'l not letting her use it without a protector, as she's previous with scratching screens

she's also said she's not going to complain, but i hope this thread has highlighted to some others about the ones they offer.

Just recieved new Nokia Lumia 620 plus pack of 6 screen protectors the sales agent suggested (a moment of weakness on my part 🙂 ) and given they are 'universal' i expected a certain amount of Blue Peter activity to get them to fit... curved edges and all, then a thought struck me....

Surely ythis would cover the 'ear piece' as it were, interfering with sound quality to a degree!?

Anyway, looking the product up on line Click Me I see that my phone is not listed - therefore incompatable???

If that is the case, that is poor form O2... not a lot of money but mis-sold!
