O2 recycle

I would not recommend o2 recycle to anyone I took my phone into o2 store 8 days ago & still not received payment, I thought by taking it into store rather then posting it I would get my payment quicker! It states on the website same day payment so very disappointed.

I would advise you to go back to the store and query this

I wouldn't recommend them in any way, shape or form. I would be very surprised if you get the quoted amount too....

I prefer to use CEX or CPW as you get the cash in hand immediately.

Did they put the credit on your account or against the device plan because whenever I use o2 recycle I always get the quote offered in store towards my device plan
