I have been scammed due to my details and passwords being leaked by O2. Despite dozens of phone calls to customer services all round the world over the past 4 months I have not had my billing issues resolved. The customer fraud team have not contacted me in 4 months either. The service from O2 has been absolutely appalling. I have wasted so many hours hanging in the phone and waiting for them to contact me. I have had no explanation from O2 how my details got passed in to fraudsters in India. After 20 years its Time to leave this dreadful organisation.
