I am an O2 customer and am trying to contact O2 as I am abroad. The virtual assistant was entirely useless, in fact closed down the chat !! Admittedly its day time where I am; nighttime in UK. Which is why i need an email address to let O2 know that my UK SIM is not in any mobile device AT ALL, but I am being charged for usage. I merely wish to let O2 know that something seriously wrong with the billing presently.
As i am paying by DD money is being taken.
Can someone anyone help with an email contact address for any O2 department, I suppose. ?????

Guide: How to find help & contact O2 has all the ways, @AngieB - sadly, except for one or two specialised departments, e-mail is not widely used by O2 Customer Services.
You can call most 0800 freefone numbers using Guide: A Guide to Skype from most parts of the world (there are a few exceptions in the UAE and further East, where Skype is blocked). Or you can reach O2's Social Media Team using some of the ways in the link just below. 8am UK time is best to get ahead of the rush. Good luck.

- Lol: I am on monthly contract and obviously pay for that wherever I am . Not the first time travelling. I am being charged for CALLS during a time when the SIM card is NOT in any mobile phone anywhere. Some sort of accounting error I am guessing. I want it sorted and am amazed that I cannot easily contact so called customer service .
I have just now heard from O2; they are suggesting I contact them via Skype, which I will do.
Noteworthy is this: it appears customer service is dying a slow death ... slyly and quietly. Or so it seems, to me . - Thanks everyone for their response !

If you are roaming then the charges will most likely be for incoming calls that have gone to voicemail. There will then be a chargable return leg
