No option for live chat, try calling and get told I will be waiting an hour to speak to someone- what’s happened o2?? That’s me joining EE, better coverage, better prices and guess what ??- you can actually talk to someone! I know Covid 19 has affected us all but o2 really needs to up there game, all I wanted to do was upgrade. Well done o2 another customer lost

O2 aren't very much interested in talking to customers these days unless they're buying something or upgrading. Below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through to discuss your upgrade.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
