Such a big company which does not have email enable so customers can contact,
rather than wait or phone them or online chat.
So sad company even though i am with them.
maybe just me can not find it,as i been going around in circles..
They disconnect my wrong number and i can not use it as I only
took my phone which was suppose to be still connected.
i had to go and buy a **bleep** phone to use whilst i was away..
total **bleep** up company.

1. Email is not a secure medium so it creates risk.
2. For accounts based queries you would need to go through a security process so the email conversation would become frustrating.
3. With 25 million customers, imagine the volume of emails,
4. O2's systems security.
5. Potential for fraud.
So instead they offer telephone based support OR Live Chat (although that offers its own issues) or the o2 stores.
Every company does things its own way and this is how o2 work.

So you took your phone overseas and they disconnected it? Seems strange but your only option is to phone customer service or use online chat if you are still overseas.
