O2 really needs to sort out network coverage and data services and the app is horrendous, doesn't let you top up

As PAYG there are other fish in the sea.

Don't expect things to improve with O2 in the short term

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Try using the useless EE app, that I am trying to log into as part of a BT Trial, it makes o2 look modern and at least o2's works
