I had to check my international call balance.
First of all I have to login into my account then I have to go to international calls page from there i have to give my number then the system sends me number to my phone. I need to type that code into system to see my balance.
leave all these behind it does not work with chrome, firefox or mobile devices. it says "object moved here" when you click on "here" everything starts over.
the "my o2" navigation menu is terrible. when you click on it it expands and closes 5 times. you can't mouse over it.
I MEAN YOU ARE O2. very big company. you don't even have a responsive webdesign.
i don't have PC and I have to use my friends PC to check my international calls balance cos my "comminication campany" has a website wich won't work with mobile devices.
such a joke.

Yeah - things seem to work fine on mine.
And I've had the International Favourites microsite work on firefox too.
Any specific issues which keep occuring may be account specific and you should report them to Customer Services.

They are in the process of redesigning the website, if you think you have grounds to complain, all the contact information you need is in the contact us section at the bottom of the page
