O2 Travel

Do I have to inform O2 before I travel to activate the O2 Travel service. Or will this kick-in automatically when I'm abroad. My pay monthly account mentions that I have an bolt-on for O2 Travel included.

Cheers,

Iggy

It's automatic. You should receive a text when you first connect to a roaming network.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Does this also apply to pay n go because i find the the website confusing in regard to this.

I need to know if this automatically applies when reaching France.

The terms indicate that i should dial travelon 21300. Why this can't be stated clearly on o2 travel page for pay n go without going to terms is beyond me.

As said above it's automatic, you only need to call 2202 if you don't want it:
