My phone is lost or stolen. I have been to my local O2 store four times in the last two days. I have picked the phone and the associated package. But the O2 store, and I am told this is a UK wide problem, cannot process orders and transactions. Anyone else experience this? To compound matters I cannot go down the on line route as, in order to pass security, O2 wants to send a code to my phone...
