Something I see all too often these days.

Perhaps VMO2 looking to spend 3 billion on buying Talk Talk they spent it on the phone network.

With talks of Vodafone and Three merging there could come a time when O2 gets left even further behind

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
