O2 Is The horriblest network in the UK!

O2 is the worst network in this country! The constant call dropouts and bad line quality are beyond frustrating. It’s impossible to have a proper conversation without the call breaking up, the line being muffled, or disconnecting altogether. Whether I’m at home, at work, or even out in the open, the signal is always unreliable and unstable. I’ve tried everything: resetting my network settings, switching to airplane mode, and even contacting customer support but nothing seems to make a difference. It’s outrageous that, in this day and age, such poor service still exists. Honestly, it feels like they don’t care about their customers or their experience. If this continues, I’ll have no choice but to switch to another provider because this level of service is unacceptable!

@alexeitarulis

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

All depends where you are , around me its the best signal and data speeds, and even where I go it is one of the best...

EE seems to be one of the worst near me, but everyone's experiences differ

Just get some PAYG sims and test the network where you need to use it, and if out of contract then get a PAC code and move network (look for deals on uSwitch or Hotukdeals)..

If you have network problems @alexeitarulis, this app is quite useful :-

My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode

- test your network speeds

- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.
