When my phone broke i was chargered for a big bundle sim as well as the new phone which i was really annoyed about in the first place because we have 5 contracts with O2 why are you tknig more money from us, then when we have tried to use this new sim which says its a big bundle 10 SIM which i was already charged for, that it has no credit, we where going to use this sim for my brother whilst he is on a accomodation school trip./!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

WHY ISNT IT WORKING? I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR IT AND IT DOESNT WORK!

The credit is exchanged for allowances so you should have calls texts and data for your tenner.
If not call 4445 to speak to cs and find out why.
