The App is a nightmare! Why all the error codes? Want to pay the bill? Error. Spins in a loop. Want to proceed to anything at all? Error, loop, error. Come on, this is inept beyond belief and it has been going on for months. Surely there is a tech wizard somewhere that can produce a working app?

Works fine for me..
May be clear the AppCache, force stop the app, and then sign in again, and also make sure you are on the latest version..

I rarely use the app as the web version of MyO2 seems a more stable.

I have tried the web site, same thing happens. The home page appears, click on anything else, like pay bill, error code. I can't manage my account via the web site or the app.

it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. Customer service need to reset your account If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
