O2 4g bandwidth

Hi everyone, hope someone can help. I have sky go on my samsung tab2 10.1 and using o2 4g, however i get a really poor picture when watching any channel. I did a speed test on my tablet and found I had a download speed of 23 mbps which is almost 4 times faster than my home broadband with sky, yet I find some programs unwatchable especially fast moving programs like football. I connected to a friends mobile who was using THREE with a download speed of 4mbps and had a perfect picture!!!!  When I connect to my home broadband with a dl of just over 4mbps i get no problems. I dont understand how this can be...... Is this a bandwidth issue, can anyone help

Thanks

Sounds like heavy compression which we know o2 do unfortunately. Not seen it myself though.

Not having 4g here I am unable to directly answer.

However in areas of strong 3g it is the same. I like to use SkyGo and I have found on home broadband the picture is "ok" but when im out and about it is usually hard to make much out especially if watching football for example.

Unless o2 have plans to improve this, it looks like ive made a mistake sticking with them and perhaps I should have gone to THREE!!!

We need to see how it all works out once all the work on the network is complete but I agree in that no one wants this level of compression permanently.
