I suspect they will do the least possible network wise. Need to look profitable before selling off to some Hedge Fund

Unfortunately, there must be lots of loyal and hardworking staff in both organisations wondering if they will retain their jobs or if their T&Cs will be adversely affected.

The agreement is only for certain tariffs not to rise. Quote "and to cap certain mobile tariffs for three years."
Which tariffs? and three years bringing two companies together is not long, just look at VMO2!
What happens after the three years...I think I can guess
