My 4G is so slow and sometimes doesn't work, today I can't go online, couldn't buy my travel tickets or anything. Really frustrating

Have you checked your network status here https://status.o2.co.uk/ It could be an issue with a mast. Meanwhile turn off 4G for now and just use 3G. Less congestion.

Switch to 3G as it’s used less and is generally faster that a congested 4g signal.
