I was told by O2 customer service this morning that they cannot do anything about O2 email issues and that they are being phased out, she said that everyone was sent an e mail ages ago - I don't remember seeing one myself, so I asked her does that mean I won't be able to access my e mail from now on and she said she really didn't know. The issue of signing on to O2 has been resolved but it looks like that is it. I am absolutely furious.

No one on here can help with that. It's a customer forum and o2 will not respond here.

The fact some people are reporting emails arriving can only be a good sign.
