So I ordered a tablet and contract sim on Sunday. It said it would be here today (Tuesday 3rd December). I've had no contact from the courier and the only contact from o2 was a really vague text saying they will deliver today but they are taking a little longer than expected. What do I do? I've heard horror stories of trying to get help via their customer service number. I wanted this tablet before I had my cancer operation.

I'm none verbal and got my son to phone on my behalf. They refused to help. I contacted them on twitter and they said they would send a security code and haven't sent it. I needed this tablet for my stay in hospital. They truly are terrible at customer service.
