No access to Network

Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?

I can't even ring o2 to tell them! Any advice?

Matt, if you want 24 hour customer service, are you happy for the cost of your contract to go up to cover the cost of it?

I already do, im a 'gold Customer' according O2, I pay £60.00 tariff alone.

Are you happy for it to go up further? If you are, can you pay what it will cost me, because I'm happy to wait till morning.

I pay enough, I dont like others get the service I should, It should being going down, as loyalty to O2 for my custom.
If Three can offer 24 hours service, then O2 can, maybe they should think about moving to India too, you may not understand them, but at least there is someone to tell you whats happening!

Sorry but that made me laugh, how do you know what is happening if you cannot understand them?! grin grin

The first paragraph makes little sense so cannot comment.

I think Milkbottle has developed an echo.

You can understand what you need to, you can ask them to repeat it.
They are there at 3am if you need them, thats what I call service in 2010.

O2 are still lagging behind with Customer Service.
We need 24 hour customer service for a 24 operating world.

Agree totally, they should provide 24 hour customer service anyway, we all pay enough already and other mobile companys do. As for going to India - thats what happened to another UK service that was originally handled by the same outsource company that currently serve O2 - they are just as easy to understand and way cheaper!

Well, you go and have a look at the level of customer support you get from 3, if you think the fact they're there 24 hours is worth it then cancel your contract and leave.
