No access to Network

Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?

I can't even ring o2 to tell them! Any advice?

Signal dropped out in Pontypriid at about 8:15. shows full signal now but unable to receive txts and call Voicemail. Can send txts and call out, but cant receive txts or calls. Pathetic!!!

IM IN PONTY AND GOT NO SIGNAL 😐

Hey Welshlady. What time did yours go down, spent 40 mins on hold to O2 and gave up in the end

i noticed about 8.15pm , rang 02 and they just they are rebooting there systems and to call back tomorow

i have a nokia x6, im guessing the problem is with the 3g network coz i changed the network setting to gsm and can make and receive calls , changed back to dualband(3g setting) and not working.

so try setting your network band setting to gsm and see if that works

that's no good to me i need my phone for emergency problems!! they ought to give us some sort of compensation for our patience whilst they sort out the problem. this is ridiculous. all those that are out driving their cars or whatever and relying on their o2 mobiles if ANYTHING happens are going to be stuck.
anyone agree? :robotmad:

I agree this has happened in Plymouth more than twice this year. I'm a student living on my own with no landline. How can I even ring them to sort it out? It's ridiculous and to be told it may not be until tomorrow is useless.

Seriously fed up of this happening, considering going back to Orange. It seems to be only contract phones as well. Why should we pay a monthly fee if we're not receiving a service.

Its not just 3g unfortunately, tried the above and it didn't make any difference to me...

I'm just outside Birmingham - hasn't worked since just after 8pm.

I've been miffed with coverage with 02 before at events where it drops out (Twickenham being a prime example - the sponsors of the England Rugby Team can't even get their phones to work in the stadium, yet Vodafone are fine. Hmm!), so I thought it was something to do with having a new leader too - but it's not good if it's just contract phones and the people in Customer Services are unwilling to admit something is wrong. That's awful!!
