Hi guys,
I'm new on here, but seem to be experiencing the same issue as many of you.
I have a HTC Magic phone (originally locked to Vodaphone) which I have had unlocked so I can use my O2 SIM card in it, but.........even after trying all the APN codes etc on this thread, I still can't get my GPRS or MMS to work FULL STOP!
As I say, its a HTC Magic working with an O2 PayAsYou go SIM card (which has had the internet working on it before hand in a different handset), but it just isn't working!
Can anyone shed any more light on the situation for me please? I would REALLY appreciate any help any one can give!
Thanks loads in advance for your help!

Cheers for this! I've entered it, so should I just switch the phone off and restart it....and it should then work???
yes but make sure you save it first then reboot phone.it may take a little while to start working.mine took about 20 mins.as you have got the magic you will have a green dot next to the apn.

Yeah, I've saved it before coming back out to the main screen and then switched it off and on again (as I read on one of the posts somewhere). The green dot is showing besides it at the moment, so I guess I'll just wait and see now if anything happens.
I'm guessing I should have the GPRS symbol appear at the top of the screen when its worked???
Thanks again for your help Hugo1000!

Will do mate and thanks again for your help! Nothings happen yet (which I'm guessing is a bad sign!), but I'll leave it over night and see what happens then let you know. As for the Vodaphone APN - there wasn't anything saved in the menu, so that should be ok!

Yep, I've typed it exactly the same as you wrote it - using "O" and not zero, and all the spaces in the correct places...but still nothing!?
