Hi everyone,
Today and yesterday, we've made several usability improvements to the forums. We've also merged several inactive forum boards and implemented some brand new ones for you. Additionaly, we've replaced the old ranks by loads of brand new ones. These should allow you to keep leveling. You will climb the 'levels' by contributing to the community in various ways (simply posting, providing and accepting solutions, giving and receiving kudos', etc.).
I really hope you'll enjoy the changes.
Let me know what you think!
Leonard

But it's yet another error to add to the list of problems with O2's web sites.
I'm no coding expert but if the error is recognised by the website then why can't it be "seen" by the guys who compile the web pages ?

I just clicked on the shop while logged out to browse the Secret Sale, to see "Welcome back Garry", who's Garry?
That was in Firefox which was freshly opened, and I haven't been logged in anywhere.

Well Garry, it's obviously now your new forum name! The well-kept Secret Sale a bit disappointing. No Galaxy S3 for £100 with unlimited data! Had really built up my hopes on that:smileysad:

I keep getting 'Security Certificate Invalid'. Got it again today when I tried to log in from my Nexus, so it's not just my PC browser.

It's OK us having a laugh and joke about these errors but it certainly blows a great big hole in the corporate statements being made about "customer experience" and "security is important".
