I think that the problem is @Enlli that each small cell boosts a very limited area. You are going to need a lot of them to adequately cover even a city centre of modest size like Chester.
I guess that the real test will come as we head into the tourist season next year ; on the last occasion that I visited Chester, it was so very busy. 👍
