I have had no signal for the last 48 hours! I'm not the only one affected - no-one in the area has any signal on O2... The so called "customer service" is appalling and we are all sick of being told "our systems show no current problems in your area"! An admission of the fault would be a great start and at least five people I know are changing networks first thing tomorrow - as I will too if this isn't resolved!

Quick update - spoke to a great guy @O2 who said the fault was indeed recorded by the system after all! Offered 10% off my next bill too what a result! Not quite sure I believe the neighbours who reckon they're getting £35 off theirs though....!
