My tariff.....Not good

How come when I changed from pay as you go to a monthly tariff. I was told that it would be cheaper but I always seem to go over the amount and end up paying more.

I was told it would be cheaper for me than the £15 a month pay as you go. Its not often that its cheaper.

Check numbers not included in your allowance here: Special numbers - O2

Also check you are not sending MMS as they are charged at 35p each.

Hi.

Has your usage pattern changed.

What payg tariff was you on and allowances

What monthly tariff are you on, allowances and cost.

How long have you been on the new contract. Remember when something is new it's human nature to use it more.

Are you past your 7 working day cooling off period.

Basically because you are using too many calls or texts or making calls that are not included in your free allowance.....
