Had this app for 18 months on my iphone 4s work all the time but this week its never work at all all my seting are ok dvr ok just the 02 network. as my wife has the same seting on her iphone 4 but is with vod and her network work fine the same app and the pic load up within 10 secs (i need help)

It works with my Wifi, but can't work with my 3G, why?  

This usually happens because the IP address you want to connect is vertual (eg. 192.168.x.x). Virtual IP can only be recognized in local network, and can't be accessed outside (eg. 3G). You'll need to access into your router, and set "Port Forwarding", so that any device outside can access your AVN80X. For more detail, please check the manual of AVN80X
