I have downloaded the "My O2" app for iPhone. However when I try to login, after a few seconds of attempting to login it says:
"Could not retrieve data. Please try again later."
I've tried several times yesterday and today (01/01/2010 - 02/01/2010). Is anyone else here having problems or is it just me?
I'm asking because I have logged in to my O2 account via my laptop on
www.02.co.uk with the same username and password successfully with no problems.
All I want to do is have the ability to check out my O2 Pay as you Go balance on my iPhone. Very very little indeed to ask and I'm surprised I even have to download anything to view this, let alone am having problems logging in.
Can anyone give me any help on this?
