What is the best o2 deal for the sim in my hotspot used only for surfing?

Are you wanting a data only SIMO? If so, you can check your coverage here: http://www.o2.co.uk/coveragechecker

You can then determine your level of coverage and use that to find the best deal to get, whether it be 3G/4G. The rest is up to you!

All depends on how much data you need to use ?
