Forum Permalink Feature - revisited

Without wishing to resuscitate a "Permalink" thread from 2014:

 - Does anyone know how to "permalink" to a response to a Forum Guide?

All I see is:

as compared to what is available on every post on any regular (not Guides!) board on the forum:

I'd love to permalink to a great find in the 360 MyO2 related to lengthening ring time before diverting a call to voicemail (which, naturally, has an App and a Web side to the process, cos it's MyO2, O2's way 🤷):

It looks to me @pgn that the Khoros software provides a way to "permalink" such a response. Hence, I can only conclude that someone has switched off the functionality on the O2 community. 

Maybe something for @Dave-O2 to look at when he has a moment ?

EDIT : you have presumably looked at bookmarking as a work-around @pgn ?

@pgn To clarify was this option previously available within the Guide & Review section, and if so when?

Also, has this been investigated by previous forum managers and if so, what was the outcome?

As I recall, the Guide and Reviews section has always been a bit odd, with links to a reply to a Guide only ever dropping you at the top of the Guide, not at the actual post.

Nobody else has weighed-in, so I guess the answer remains open.
