Mobile Data Down?

I've ben waiting and waiting all morning to speak on chat with O2 but they're backed up, so obviously something is wrong somewhere. I can't use the phone for health reasons.

 

Can anyone else in the Cambs region confirm that mobile data is down?

OK, so imbeciles routed to wrong depot, OK so they needed to send to proper depot and that takes 24 hrs,
OK, but that was yesterday wasn't it?
No answer from phone operator except
"Yeah I see, but it will be with you tomorrow"
So where is it today?
Now it says on site delivery re-arranged by recipient cuz they want to cover their asses as it looks better than "we don't know what we're doing"
Absolute wastes of human tissue and brain matter.
