Missing Sim after repair?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a Galaxy Gear S watch that I sent in to o2 keighley for a repair.  Just received it back looking like a brand new order, except there's no sim card in the watch or box?  Has anyone else had a missing sim card from a repair job, and what do I do? Live Chat is busy and telephone help has a 30 minute wait!

Hi @Anonymous You will either have to go back to the shop for a new sim or keep on trying to speak to someone via phone Instore would honestly be the best bet. I doubt you will get the original back

Or you could order another one here https://www.o2.co.uk/freesim/

Anything, be it watch, phone or tablet, should only be returned without the sim card and charger. I'm not sure you will get this back but customer service can replace it for you. Call them but don't use live chat.

This happened to me after seeing an o2 guru. I called customer services and they blocked the sim and sent a new one- very annoying but it arrived quickly!

If it's a contract sim you have to call CS on 202 or go instore for a replacement.
The freesim on the website is for PAYG only.
