MCK code needed

Hi all

I have purchased a used samsung phone which is in great condition. However it is asking for a MCK code. I am with O2 but they will not give me the code. They say I need to ask the seller for it as I have not bought it direct from O2. Can anyone help?

Have you tried Googling for "Samsung MCK code" as they are lots of hits including ones from Samsung themselves and from the Samsung community forum ?

However, it does look like you might need to contact the original seller of the 'phone for the code, whether that be a network, Samsung or another retailer. Do you know who it was originally bought from ?
