It seems I have been one of many O2 customers that have been misled by Jason at M&J Aquisitions.
Over the two years since signing with them I have been trying to get the contract corrected and the refund that was promised from them. I’ve never known such a slippery character in all my life and would love to know if anyone has managed to have a positive outcome from this company and if O2 are aware of the lengths in which he goes to in order to poach their customers.

Just make sure you give notice a month before the contract ends otherwise they will just renew it.

Why should you remove it?

Unless it's a load of lies, which I doubt, the only reason is because they want to hide something.

Let it stand so that others can make their own decisions.

No one from M&J Aquisitions has any right to ask for a post to be removed from the O2 Community forum. This was your experience and as far as I am concerned and as a warning to others, this post should and probably will remain. @Marjo ?

Thankyou, I believe that the post should stay too. However I am being asked on a weekly basis by the manager of M&J Aquisitions (Isabelle) to remove it.

 

Honestly, if they put as much effort into customers satisfaction in the first instance their customers would not be driven to seeking help on such forums.

Next time they call regarding this, tell them you will report them to the police for harassment.
